Notary who poses as honest independent third party when in fact he is a con man who switches the terms of home equity loans after the lender or mortgage has set the bait for loan terms they never intended to honor. They offer one amount and then at closing they send in this confidence man to get your signature on a loan that was not what the lender said when they were trying to get u to get the loan - this crook preys on senior citizens who own their own homes and he is the switcher who the lender sends to the unwitting senior citizens home for the purpose of conducting a closing that violates section 50(a)(6)(N) of Article XVI of The Texas Cons**tution
