This is some kind of telecommunications scam. Immediately after calling cell, there is a landline call with no one there. I believe they're trying to piggyback internet services or set an access point.
This is SCAM caller
calls, hangs up. call back get an answering machine. no name of business or what they want.
Received a call they didn't say anything after a minute they disconnected.
Spam caller for "National Student Loan Center" I do not have student loans.
