Said they were from apple; in California and that my I cloud acct had been compromised. Wanted me to configure a vpn and give the my phones serial number. I referenced the number and it was in Washington state. When I told them they hung up.
They are stating that my cloud had been breached because someone is logging on in different states at the same time. They are claiming they are apple support. They asked for my vpn on my phone and when I said I didnt want to give to them because I dont know if they are apple support they hung up
They called every day for a week prior to me answering and the above is what took place
Do not give them any info, report them and block!!!
