They say they are Amazon and there is a charge on my Visa card this is a scam
Called regarding a purchase I made on Amazon. I did not make the purchase they were claiming. They wanted me to go on my computer and make changes to my account. I decided not to go on my computer and they hung up. Called Amazon Customer Service and explained situation and they **sured me that was not the way they did business. Believe it is a scam and they are trying to get personal information. BEWARE!!
