The text states that I have a toll due under the state of Florida Highway System that takes a photograph of the license plate on a car that trips the toll reader. I have the Florida Sun P**s, which would satisfy the toll reader. BUT I haven\'t used any of the toll roads in the last six months.
This has t be fraudulent.
