This is definitely a scam/ fraud. I have a medical practice and 2 patients called our office to state that someone was identifying themself as a part of our staff. That individual underestimated the elderly because they asked questions that the individual could not answer. Both patients called my office to inform us of this attempted scam. Please address ASAP befor they cause severe harm
