Caller claimed to be from citi fraud dept. Already knew account details and asked for answers to key questions used to prove ID. like mothers maiden name , cars etc. Called citi who told me to cease answering calls from this number. Starts off with Asian woman saying she is transferring you to fraud dept. then a second Indian accented person takes the line,

Caller claimed to be BOA Fraud Dept. re: suspect charge on my Visa card. Asked for DOB, SSN, P**swords verification. I suspected that this was a Scam since BOA has always sent a text or Email and then called with questions. He tried for more than 10 minutes and I should have hung up sooner. Caller had heavy accent of either Asian Indian or Pakistani and was difficult to understand.
