Pretended to work in net metering with Evergy. Trying to sell solar panels. He had my phone number and email already. Had on a tan shirt with green lettering that had initials NEC. He said it stood for natural energy solutions. I asked what the C meant and he didn’t know. He was clearly an unsophisticated scammer that had a guy above him calling the shots, his (consultant)
