A man named Richard Kustra claims I won $150,000 with Publishers Clearing house. But first I need to pay $950 for set up fee and then I’ll receive the money. It was on FB that I was contacted first and reported it there at FB. Then I get a call three times on the home phone from 330-679-8412. Please warn people.
