Like a couple of others, received an email with a suspicious sender email: Shirley Schroth Googled the phone nbr listed in the email attachment PDF doc (323) 963-8313 and saw this is a scam. The amount of $365.99 also the same as another post. I have never subscribed to Norton LifeLock except for a 1-year courtesy plan for a previous security breach. Also, I have nothing in my records nor email directly from Norton stating an account number and date of service. I will not call the number given, but instead will see if this charge appears on my credit card and then dispute it. Will be forwarding the email to Norton (per their website https://us.norton.com/blog/emerging-threats/norton-email-scams): spam@nortonlifelock.com.

I received an email form Lifelock stating my annual renewal was $365.99 and the amount would be debited from my bank account. I called the number listed on the statement they sent me. All they have is an email, not your name, I gave them the account number and they did not have my name on an account. I've never signed up for Lifelock ever. This is a scam, do not give them any of your personal information!

Norton Life Lock sent an e-mail stating I ordered their annual subscription services for $349.99 and they charged my debit. Norton Life Lock provided a phone number to contact them. Called Norton Life Lock and they wanted my personal bank information in order to cancel. Informed Norton Life Lock that I would file a credit card dispute when I see the charges on my credit card statement and would not provide any personal bank information.
