Called yesterday, caller ID said Tony West with the number and California below it. Left no message. However, it showed as a verified number. It has me wondering if the number that these reports are about has a new owner.
Claimed to be working for Ricoh, telling me that our printer toner contract was going to be increased, yet WE DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM! I called Ricoh's head office and they confirmed they not only do NOT have a contract with us any longer, but that this person was impersonating them. **TOTAL FRAUD** Does not work with or for them. Called me a c*nt when I told him that I spoke to Ricoh's head office.
