Answered call, was a pre-recorded message asking if I was (could not understand first name given) ____ Shelton (I could understand Shelton) and that I should only listen if I were that person. I only listened again to see if I could make bout the first name, but no. Then went into how my files ended up on their desk and they needed to know if this was a mistake and how I NEEDED to call them back right away. It would “behoove†me to (exact words). I hung up. Not sure what files they are talking about or who they are.
