Call to home and fella speaks very poor English . Seems to be trying to speak to hide his name and company name . Telling me my electric bill is too high . Talking over me . I whispered Tesla is coming 2 s and voice cleared , better English and he thanked me and ended call . Sad so many $ scammers are smart , educated and waste peoples time .
