I had someone call me a few times on this number. I also had them scam me of 298. buying gift cards to cover for taxes to receive government grants. They took the money off of amazon site.
apparently they called to talk to me about a recent job inquiry, The American College of Education, offering online continuing education cl**ses. Mostly masters programs, very economical compared to other online programs.
