I've never received any phone calls from this area code or this number they speak in a foreign tongue of where there's Chinese I think it's Chinese and as if they were having a discussion and they had left a message but it wasn't to me as if they had forgot to hang up the phone and when I looked it up in the reverse call it so it was a scam unsafe number so and I have them blocked but they still got through my phone go figure
