Someone named John Pafka called on 08/19 with this phone number - John Pafka died 07/2018 this phone was supposed to be canceled. We went to Verizon in Syracuse Erie Blvd talked to the Manager to have this done. Very disturbing to see this phone number with Johns name on my caller ID.
