Purports to be a 'travel' company that will help you if you bought a vacation package and paid for insurance?! Try to tell you how wonderful all is and then transfers you to a supervisor.
Supervisor says additional funds required to 'unlock' all the packages that can then be used without an expiry date. When asked where they were located - Florida, yet this phone number is NY state. When I asked who I purchased original package from, was told 'we just do the insurance for about 58 different companies'. Best this supervisor could tell me was approx. month and year (2018!?) I supposedly purchased the original package. Asked for money back - no, would have had to do so 60 days from purchase of package. Asked why couldn't find on BBB, said I don't pay to get rated. I said, if there are comments good or bad they can be put on BBB without you paying (i.e. unaccredited). When I asked for full address, hung up on me. Says business is Your choice travel but can't find them online......BBB has similar name in MO; comments on their indicate they believe it to be the same company but who knows....

Receiving unwanted or harrassing calls from (315) 293-8254? Report It! You can also add your number to the National DO Not Call Registry by visiting their website or calling (888) 382-1222, but many people have complained about it not being effective.
