They will not let you call in to cancel, which I did several times, instead they connEct to your computer without your permission and load software on your computer.
They say they are a legitimate company but when you talk to them they are personnel who speak very bad English and they are wanting money by requesting gift cards so money cannot be traced back to them. I do not think it is a legitimate company and looking for money from personal. They say that they provide a service to protect your computer but every month they will call and request hundreds of dollars be sent to them by gift cards. When a person tries to cancel they request access to your checking account, which is very unusual for a company.
