a man called said he was with discover card services and wanted to lower my interest rate to 3% or lower due to paying on time. When i asked him questions said i did not have a discover card he switched and said he was with visa mastercard services. It seemed definitely a scam he didnt know my name and i wasnt giving him any information. Be wary of any calls like this your credit card company would not give you unsolicited calls if they had an offer for you it would come in writing in the mail.
