The person stated they were with AT&TService, and something was wrong with my computer line. After going through stuff on my computer, they stated I wasn\'t receiving everything I had paid for, and I was due a refund of $700, and they wanted my bank info. I told them I didn\'t want the money, just fix the problems, which they were going to bill me for, even though I had a $700 refund on the books. I hung up.
