They called as if they were representatives of Direct tv to upgrade our service. After following their directions to unplug then plug ins they wanted a credit card to charge $400.00 for their services. When we refused they started yelling saying they would turn our service off if we didn’t give them our cr card. They DID disconnect our service which we’ve had for years and sent us an email at 4:00 am telling us just that. We had to set up a new service with Direct TV. They continue to call us for the $400.00 screaming at us. This is done on our land line 231-689-6792. Thank you for any thing you can do. I’m sure we are not their only victim or they wouldn’t still be doing it.
