The person owning this number called and offered to carry in some boxes that had been delivered to me by FedEx too far from my house. He told me that he was a neighbor. He did as offered.
A few weeks later, he offered to bring me some food that he had cooked, but would not reveal his phone number. I invited him to meet me in person, but not to feed me, and he did not come.
He responded to further inquiry into his iden**ty and activity on my property by telling me he was not interested in meeting me. I told him that if he at any point identified himself, I would accede to further contact.
