This was a number I called in response to an email that said a particular service from BestBuy was being automatically renewed. I foolishly allowed the person to remote into my computer so that he could "provide a form to cancel the service." When he asked me to log into my bank, I knew it was a scam. I hung up, disconnected from the internet, called BestBuy and sent them the email per their request. Then I deleted the email and ran a scan on my computer.
