Received two calls from this number on my cell. Did not answer but they message. Mail voice saying I must return call or be placed under arrest by the local cops, as there are 4 serious allegations against my account.

i received a message that this is my local police station and that there are 4 serious allegations on me. (I live in Alabama not WV). I have no such thing.
