These people are affiliated with Payne Richards and **sociate out of Bakersfield,ca. They go thru your records at the state/county looking for refunds or unclaimed money. They try to get you to sign with them. You can do the same search and claim the money at no charge. They have you claim the money at no charge and then pay them 15%. Doing this scam they can trace back on the accounts and build a profile on your active accounts. Your money be Gone!
