An individual called my phone and accused me of running up their phone bill. He said I owed him one thousand dollars ($1000.00). I explained that he had the wrong number. He became very irate and proceeded to yell at me asking me for my name. I hung up and he called me one more time, when I didn’t answer he texted me. He then threatened me, saying he was going to have my cell number tracked.
