A female who identified herself as Sarah called my home. She left a message for me to call 3025296135 and to have my most recent Delaware Electric statement available when I returned her call. I have no intentions of calling her as I believe this is a SCAM.

This person called my cell number using a spoofed number. She left the number of 3025296135 to call. When I called that number she asked me to give her my Delmarva power acct number. When I asked her what she wanted with my acct number she got belligerent. I told her I was going to report her. She hung up. I tried to call this number back and was told it was disconnected
