Claimed to be a Lt. Bradley from the Newark Police Dept. Supposedly I was supposed to be an expert material and failed to show up in court back in January. They have tried to reach me via phone, mail (to my home address) and failed to reach me. Now there are two citations against me and they want to get it resolved today. They came me at work and demanded my cell number to give me info. When I refused I was told they would have to send an officer to my last known location. They needed me to drive to an address (gave me the address of the Sheriff's office) right now and they needed me to remain on the phone (my cell) with them the whole drive so they could be sure I would not flee. I was **sured I was but in trouble but this must be resolved right now. I put him on hold against his firm protest and caked my local police dept who looked up and verified that there were no citations or warrants out on me. They confirmed it was a scam and to hang up on him. I don't know if they would have asked for money next or are using it to kidnap people for trafficking. Be careful.
