Received text from this number ( see additional report I filed on # 309 2786539 - which is linked ) I had recently been scammed when trying to purchase a puppy and although lost a down payment - caught him in numerous acts of lies and deception incl forging vet signature on a forged liver test document as well as abusing Zelle for payments. After calling him out and admitting it (with excuses of course) - all communication seized - however a couple of weird things have happened since / providing a fake website and out of the blue claiming to have sent the pup - which I knew was never going to happen. Then a few days p**s and again out of the blue I receive texts claiming that the person from the 301 2786539 number had his information that was misused and to please not report his Zelle info and name. ( which showed up as Memunatu Kanu / using an email address ) The majority of the conversation came from the number 309 278-6539 ( see filed report as well ) ( different from any other that I have ) and then by accident I am guessing - I get the last response to my statement about talking to him from this phone number which is completely different!! The last response came from this number 301-996-3114 instead. I then went back to the original text coming from 301 278-6539 and asked why he was using 2 phone numbers. SILENCE !!!! Not one response back after that !!! Which then tells me that they are linked to the original scam as well ! I have screenshots of EVERYTHING related to this whole fiasco !!! Only wish there was more I could do to keep these scumbags from really scamming someone out of major $$ !!! I am more than happy to share anything I have that would help do so !!!
