Call was about a home improvements. I said, at this time, my reply was "I do need a back door frame repaired due to a break-in. "The door itself was not damaged but the frame was. For me. At this time in my life, I considered it a valid call for myself, the name displayed was "E. Dobson" but when I answer a phone that has a name and an **sociate phone number, I do answer it. When I told the call I could use him, he immediately hung-up.
