Pre-recorded scam. Starts with "This is Josh from the Customer Service Department, can you hear me okay?" waits 1-2s regardless of what you say and then continues into a scam. Block this number.
Some lady called me using this number with perfect TX WASP accent, and she told me my reward will be expired and kept talking some shit, when I asked her who she is, she hung up. Yeah, I think it is scam.
