Have gotten 3 of these today on my cell... my husband got several last week. The majority of the msg is as follows: "...your name and social security number. The moment you receive this we need you to get back to us on our dept division number which is 281-769-2926. Now, if we don't hear a call from you, we will have to issue an arrest warrant in your name and get you arrested. So... get back to us as soon as possible."
