Received an automated phone call stating there is pending legal enforcement action filed on my Social Security number for fraudulent activity and that I needed to call before they begin with their legal proceedings legal action was taken against me.
Call pretending to be Social Security Administration.
They are saying they are the social security officer and I am going to be arrested but they want me to provide name, dob and social security number so they can look me up.
Claimed he would file charges if I didn’t call to settle debt. Never identified himself or company he represented
