Said she wanted to talk to me about my Medicare benefits. I told her that I already had a Medicare representative, and that I wasn\'t interested in changing. She said there had been changes that she needed to discuss with me. She claimed that she had mailed me a letter and asked if I\'d gotten it. I had not received the so-called letter. She said that she needed to have me complete a questionnaire that would take 30-minutes. I again told her that I had a Medicare representative, and I was up to date on my benefits. She sounded disappointed and somewhat doubtful with my answer.
