The caller had a heavy foreign (Mid-East) accent and was very hard to understand. They claimed to be with AT&T and (I think) were investigating complaints with AT&T. After saying a lot that I didn't understand, he said something about 40%. He asked if I understood to which I said I did not. He was going to say it again slower but sped up at the part I didn't understand. I told him if he was with AT&T, they could email me or text me the information since I couldn't understand him. I hung up at that point.
