We already spoke on the phone Today. You’re currently behind seven months, which totals $5,600, and I haven’t seen any effort to make payments. I can’t keep letting this continue , so I need you to have all of your belongings cleared out of the RV within the next 30 days as we discussed on the phone.
As For the money we did speak on a second phone call a little later after the first one. You expressed the financial inability to pay and I understand. However for the same reasons I’m still in need of some sort of repayment, we can both agree that the RV is not in the same condition it was when we handed it over in our agreement. Which is why for the best interest of everyone involved I’d rather this be handled in court. I will be stopping by on the 20th to do a pre-shipment inspection and take pictures or notes of anything that isn’t regular wear.

Thanks,
Joselito Diaz
