Number purports to be from one 'Bob Hanson' (or 'Hansen'), who claims to be a website builder. This is a recorded message, and one which has been disseminated from other numbers with a 253 area prefix over several months. It may or may not rise to the level of scam/fraud, but is at least annoying and intermittently ongoing.
