I looked up both numbers and the 252 number belongs to a landline based in Ahoskie, NC. This has to be a cybersecurity hack. DO NOT click or call.

I looked up both numbers and the 252 number belongs to a landline owned by Adrian Allen Hodge. I don't know him, but it appears his phone number was spoofed by the 855 number as I couldn't find anything on that number.
