definently spam or fake debt collector
I just received a call from this number. The man on the other end had a very thick accent, I could barely understand him. He was calling about a "very important business matter". I am **suming this means it's either a scam or a debt collector. I do not speak to people that I can't understand so I told them the person they were calling was unavailable.
