Some lady called me from Alabama asking me if I was the owner of my home and she wanted more information about selling my home. I told her I understood Real Estate Investing. I know she’s looking for somebody with problems in order to make a deal. I told her I would not Give up any of my equity or my investment that I work so hard for. She was polite. She never mentioned a word problem, but I knew what it was all about and I thought it was very fishy.
