Roger says he can fix anything and that everyone else is a scam artist. He says he will work tomorrow. Then when that day comes he says he can’t work. And that he never said he would work but that he would come look at the job.
When he does come to work, when he gets in over his head he says he lives close by and needs to go get some tools and then he never comes back and leaves you hanging out to dry
