I was not called by this number, but told to call this number. The call itself was from a spoofed number located in Minnesota. Was left an electronic voice message to call back to this number. It sounds like the automated message began upon being picked up by voicemail, as the only portion recorded was "... Social Security, so when you get this message, kindly call back at the earliest possible [convenience?] at 240-307-4137 before we begin with the legal proceeedings, thank you".

These numbers have called many people in Sacramento with the same phishing scam of "So when you get this message, kindly call back at the earliest possible on our number, before we begin with the legal proceedings thankyou."
