Calling a nursing home resident's cell phone literally hundreds of times each week in the middle of the night. Male voice, har**sing her, saying inappropriate things. Will often call 30+ times in a row if she doesn't answer. She does not know who it is. Will not stop calling her. I blocked the number once she described everything to me and explained the situation. MANY missed calls from this phone number on her phone that back up her story.
