I received an email from "USTECHSUPPORT" advising me that my 2 year subscription would renew for $199.99. I have no idea who this company is or what they do. the phone number is listed on the letter to an Irvine, CA address. This phone number shows as a landline in Chicago...... smells fishy to me

This company sent me an email and wanted me to log into my computer so they could cancel a $199 prescription for tech support. When I asked how they received my financial information to give me a refund, they just said I had to log into my computer because it was on my computer. When I refused they hung up.

It’s a scam/phishing attempt. Best to just ignore it and monitor your credit card accounts closely.
