A young female addressed me by my first name. Said she was w/ Patient Care Services. I asked her where are you (PCS) located. She said something inaudible and hung up. The owner/company name for the phone number showed iden**ty was Unavailable. I blocked the phone number on my landline. They will use a different number next time.
