A woman called claiming she was with the Health Department and that my number was chosen at random to participate in answering some questions. Her phone connection was lousy with a bad delay (dead giveaway there) and sounding like the phone calls on peanuts cartoons. I told her I was a bit busy and she asked it there would be a better time when it would be better to call back. I said yeah, never and hung up.
