I received a recorded message in a female voice from this number at 5:29 a.m. this morning 1/12/21 regarding covid measures and wearing a mask and social distancing. Than it hung up. Later mid-morning I dialed back this number that was on my call log. A woman answered. I asked if she was a business or a personal resident. I asked if she had called me. She seemed was completely clueless about herself or anyone else using her phone at 5:29 a.m. to call me. How bizarre ?!
