I got a call from this number. Luckily I have all calls automatically forwarded to voicemail if they are not a current contact in my phone. The voicemail was a recording trying to tell me I ordered something and that I need to press 1 if I didn't order whatever it was. I searched the number and it is registered to a person and not a company or retailer or my bank. They would have been in for a big surprise. I have about 46 cents in my account. All that effort for nothing.
