verizon tv service stating going to update TY Service for a fee of over 350 dollars to be added to current bill now and credited later on to bill. Also now cutting the fee of of present bill. New set top box and if system not updated system will off at times. I told them that I could not afford this fee all at once and they stated that if I refused the update this would happen. I emphatically told them I could not afford this and I hung up. Two gentleman had foreign accents which is common of Verizon Service People I have had several at my home for repairs. I told them I refused and they repeated that I refused the updated service and hung up. UGH. Guess I will see if my bill goes up 350 dollars and if my system blacks out. True or SCAM phone call.
