Foreign individual impersonating as an AT&T representative in the Customer Compensation Program for wireless customers. Sent a text verification code that showed from AT&T Msg: to verify my AT&T account. He knew my account number, monthly payment amount, name, address and phone number. Claimed AT&T was giving a 30% discount on my wireless bill because they were losing so many customers. Gave me his department phone number: 945-998-5532, name: Walter Sellers, his AT&T employee ID# WS688A. I called AT&T customer service to verify his iden**ty and they do not have an employee by his name. He said AT&T was also compensating loyal customers with a promotional gift at no cost other than sales tax (phone, iPad, tablet of choice).
